Welcome!

I am a Research Fellow at the Kenan-Flagler Business School of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

My research is in empirical corporate finance, with a focus on labor and finance, diversity and discrimination in the workplace, corporate governance, and ESG. My job market paper studies how CEOs' early-life diversity experiences impact the level of diversity and inclusion (D&I) in firms.

Prior to graduate school, I worked in investments and in the oil & gas industry. I hold a B.S. in Finance (High Honors) and an M.B.A. from Kuwait University (College of Business), and a Master's in Finance from the University of Maryland (Robert H. Smith School of Business).
